Community Rules

  1. Adherence to Ethical Standards
    Members must uphold the highest ethical standards as per applicable regulatory and professional guidelines, including transparency, honesty, and integrity in all financial practices and discussions.
  2. Confidentiality
    Any confidential information shared within the community must remain within the community. Unauthorized sharing of client data, community discussions, or sensitive information is strictly prohibited.

  3. Professional Conduct
    Members are expected to treat each other with respect and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Harassment, discriminatory behavior, or derogatory remarks will not be tolerated.

  4. Compliance with Regulations
    Members must comply with all local and international financial regulations and laws relevant to their practice. Promoting or endorsing illegal activities or schemes is grounds for removal.

  5. No Misrepresentation
    Members must not misrepresent their qualifications, certifications, or experience. Any false claims or misleading information will result in immediate action.

  6. Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest
    Members should disclose potential conflicts of interest and avoid activities that compromise their impartiality or the interests of their clients or the community.

  7. Constructive Engagement
    Discussions and debates should remain constructive. Personal attacks, abusive language, or inflammatory remarks will lead to warnings or removal.

  8. Promotion and Advertising
    Self-promotion, advertising, or solicitation of products and services is only allowed in designated areas or with prior approval from the community administrators.

  9. Contribution to the Community
    Members are encouraged to share knowledge, resources, and insights to foster collective growth while ensuring the information provided is accurate and evidence-based.

  10. Reporting Violations
    Members are encouraged to report any violations of these rules to the community moderators. Retaliation against those who report violations is prohibited.

  11. Prohibition of Negative Campaigns Against Coaches or Community Leaders
    Members are strictly prohibited from conspiring or engaging in activities that form negative campaigns or spread false narratives against coaches, mentors, or community leaders. Any attempt to undermine the integrity or reputation of individuals leading the community will result in immediate removal. Constructive feedback must be communicated respectfully through proper channels.

  12. No Self-Promotion, Unsolicited Links, or Unauthorized Investment Advice

    • Members are strictly prohibited from promoting themselves, their services, or any external products without prior approval from community administrators.
    • Sharing unsolicited links, promotional content, or advertisements is not allowed.
    • Providing investment advice without proper regulatory certification (e.g., SEBI Registration Number or AMFI Registration Number) is a violation of community rules.
    • Any member found offering unauthorized financial advice will be immediately removed from the group and their membership may be terminated.
  13. Removal Policy
    Any member found violating the above rules will be subject to disciplinary actions, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community. Serious breaches, such as engaging in fraudulent activities or persistent misconduct, will result in immediate expulsion.
